JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-07-2016 After some argument, Sri Sheo Kumar Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, in presence of Sri Binod Kumar no.2, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that both the petitioners may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail. The prayer is allowed.
The petition stands disposed of with an observation that if the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today and make a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
