2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As prosecution case, petitioner in connivance of other co-accused convinced the complainant that they will sell her share of land and give the money received after selling the land. Petitioner and other co-accused sold her share of land but did not gave the money to her.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56772 of 2023(3) dt.07-12-2023 2/2 Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated coaccused namely Phulwanti Devi has been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53749 of 2023 and order dated 08/11/2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55002/2023.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes prayer for anticipatory bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Patna City Complaint Case No. 1466 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
