05. 13.05.2016 The Petitioner seeks transfer of the proceeding of S.Tr. No. 715 of 2013/Tr. No. 550 of 2013 arising out of Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 12 of 2013 pending before the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai to Jamui.

It has been submitted on behalf of the private Opposite Parties that the parties belong to Jamui but most of the witnesses belong to Lakhisarai and, hence, it would be inconvenient for them to travel on each date of trial.
