2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. F.I.R. was lodged against unknown for commission of murder of father-in-law of the informant.

4. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Dhannu Pal. Save & except confessional statement, there is no other material to show complicity of petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and is in custody since 30.05.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class - VII, Biharsharif, Nalanda / concerned Court in connection with Ben P.S. Case No. 28 of 2025.
