Mr. Shailendra Kumar Singh appears for the Corporation to submit that the matter has become infructuous inasmuch as the tender notice dated 16.2.2013, a copy of which is placed at Annexure-10 was for a period of three years and the said period is almost at its virtual close. He thus submits that the issues raised in this writ petition have become academic. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the Corporation and in the backdrop of the relief prayed the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous by passage of time.
