JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners and several other persons are named in the first information report with allegation that they attacked on the police party and destroyed the public property and also committed loot.

Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that there was some dispute between the management of N.T.P.C and workers of the aforesaid company and while the petitioners and others were making protest, the management of the aforesaid company called the police and, after that police not only assaulted

It is further submitted that having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court whereas petitioners are in jail custody since 03.06.2016.

Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S.Case No. 16 of 2016.
