JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Halsi, Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 77 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504, 354, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of throwing the son of the informant in the dry pond and further allegation is that they have taken away ornaments and cloths from the house of the informant.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and no case is made out under Section 354 IPC and no injury was found on the person of the informant or his son, which he has stated in paras 14 and 15 of the petition. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai, in connection with Halsi, Ramgarh Chowk P.S.
