In the present case, petitioner is challenging the order dated 27.1.2015 passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Sherghati by which on charges his licence has been cancelled. Against that petitioner has moved before the District Magistrate, Gaya vide Civil Appeal Case No.3 of 2015 by which he has affirmed the order of the Sub Divisional Officer.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the ground which petitioner has taken having not been taken into

Patna High Court CWJC No.13618 of 2015 (2) dt.30-10-2017 consideration by the Sub Divisional Officer as well as by the appellate authority.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that there is provision for revision.

In such view of the matter, petitioner, if so advised, may file revision before the revisional authority. If petitioner files revision petition within a period of 30 days from today the revisional authority will be obliged to look into the matter and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of filing of the revision petition.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
