JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2017 In terms of order dated 16.9.2016, the case was directed to be placed after disposal of S.L.P. (Cri) No. 1779 of 2016.

The aforesaid S.L.P. (Cri) No. 1779 of 2016 has been disposed off by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 28.2.2017. In terms of aforesaid order, the petitioner is required to furnish Bank Guarantee with regard to value of the paddy. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable him to seek regular bail in the court below in the light of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in S.L.P (Cri) No. 1779 of 2016. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
