That the present writ petition is for issuance of an appropriate writ or direction quashing the order dated 6th August, 2022 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Koshi Division, Saharsa in Anganbari Revision Case No.- 58/2021 contained in Annexure-5 by which the order dated 17.04.2021

Patna High Court CWJC No.14093 of 2022(2) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 passed in Anganbari Appeal No.- 14/2021 by the Respondent No.-3 contained is Annexure-4 and the order dated 29.01.2021 passed in Anganbari Case No.-02/2021 by the Respondent No.-4 contained in Annexure-3 had been set aside while directing for fresh proceeding for the selection of the Anganbari Sevika for Ward No.-4 of the Raghopur Panchayat."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
