JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No. 82 of 2018 registered under Sections 406,420,467 and 468 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be the cashier of SBI Grahak Seva Kendra, is of misappropriating Rs. 6,03,425/- , which was given to deposit in the account of Icom Express Private Limited, in connivance with the manager. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, petitioner had deposited the money but the Manager has not deposited the same in the account of the company and manager has accepted his guilt and he has, later on deposited the same and considering the same co-ordinate Bench of this Court has granted privilege of anticipatory bail to the Manager vide order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.78080 of 2018(2) dt.04-01-2019 2/2 56481 of 2018.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 82 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
