The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/504/334/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that an allegation has been made against the petitioner of having spoken to the grand-daughter of the informant and tried to misbehave with her. He had snatched the golden chain from her grand-daughter's neck. The occurrence is of 26.10.2015 whereas the present case has been registered on 11.01.2016 after a lapse of about three months for which no plausible explanation has been offered by the informant.
Considering the nature of allegations made and the delay in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26436 of 2016 (4) dt.16-08-2016 P2/2 filing the First Information Report and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 19/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
