The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No.69 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are not named in the first information report in a case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today,
