2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-498(A), 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per allegation, marriage of the deceased was solemnized with Tuntun Kumar @ Shivlal before eight years of the occurrence. The informant got information that the deceased had committed suicide after hanging herself. The allegation of demand of dowry and torture has also been made in the FIR.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is younger brother of husband of the deceased. He has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58864 of 2024(2) dt.27-08-2024 2/2 no concern with the demand of dowry nor he has got any concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. The husband of the deceased is in custody. The petitioner is in custody since 0402-2024.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 59 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner will appear in the court below on each and every date till framing of charge. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) A.K.V.//- U T
