In compliance of the order of this Court dated 10.4.2019, passed in CWJC No. 7117 of 2019, the District Education Officer, Samastipur, has already passed a reasoned order dated 21.5.2019.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court MJC No.2973 of 2019(3) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 21.5.2019, by taking recourse to appropriate remedies as are available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
