In the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of a letter no. 03 dated 15.05.2015 issued by Respondent no.3 i.e. Sub Divisional Officer, Triveniganj-cumSpecial Officer, Agriculture Produce Marketing Board (Dissolved), Triveniganj, District- Supaul. By the said order, earlier cancellation order i.e. Annexure-4 i.e. letter dated 18.10.2014 has been withdrawn. Earlier by Annexure-4, the allotment in favour of Respondent no.4 was withdrawn. However, subsequently by the impugned order i. e. letter dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.13740 of 2015 (2) dt.02-09-2015 2/2 15.05.2015 earlier order has been recalled. The petitioner has not shown any document regarding allotment of Sandry Shop in question in his favour.

In view of any locus of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed.
