Petitioner at the relevant time served as Branch Manager, he is even now serving as such, apprehending his arrest in connection with a case regarding fraudulent withdrawal of Rs. 16,50,000/- through cheque in which he himself is informant, during investigation of the case the supervising officer has raised suspicion against him.
Let petitioner, named above, surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41449 of 2015 (2) dt.15-10-2015 court below (C.J.M., Katihar), apply for regular bail in connection with Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 34/2015, which should be considered in accordance with law.
