1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(i) For issuance of a writ in the appropriate nature for quashing of the notice dated 27.05.2023 issued under the signature of Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur, Begusarai with respect to

Patna High Court CWJC No.14975 of 2023(3) dt.28-08-2024 2/2 Land Encroachment Case No.14/222-23, whereby and wehreunder the Circle Officer has directed the petitioners to remove the encroachment from the land in question.

(ii) For further direction to the Respondent authorities to provide certified copy of the entire order sheet of Encroachment Case No.14/2022-23 as the petitioners have already filed requisition for getting certified copy but till date the certified copy of the final order passed in Encroachment Case No.14/2022-23 has not been supplied.

(iii) For further direction to the Respondent authorities not to take any coercive steps removing the petitioners from the land in question or not to demolish the residential house till disposal of the present writ application."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur, District-Begusarai, for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
