The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 122 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 452, 341, 323, 325, 307, 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the defence of learned counsel for the petitioner against the nature of allegation of assault attributed to the petitioner in the F.I.R., which is said to be instituted on 01.03.2023 though the incident took place on 23.11.2022, causing death of the deceased

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55012 of 2023(3) dt.08-11-2023 2/2 during treatment, this Court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) brajesh/- U
