2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks modification in Paragraph No.3(vi) of Bail Application No.21733 of 2025. He informs that inadvertently in place of "Complaint Case No.131C2 of 2023", 'Complaint Case No.13C2 of 2023' has been typed and he missed to correct it in the bail application.

3. In view of the aforesaid admission made by the learned counsel, the modification, as prayed for in the present Modification Application, is allowed only to the extent that let "Complaint Case No.131C2 of 2023" be read in place of 'Complaint Case No.13C2 of 2023' both in Paragraph No.3(vi) of Bail Application and the order dated 23.04.2025 passed in Cr.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53282 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 Misc. No.21733 of 2025. The time to surrender before the learned District Court is also extended till 25.08.2025.

4. The order dated 23.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21733 of 2025 and Paragraph No.3(vi) of bail application is modified to the above extent. The other parts of order dated 23.04.2025 shall remain intact.
