Revision No. 304 of 2015 whereby in paragraph 2 in first page and in last page 'Judicial Magistrate, Patna' has been typed in place of 'Judicial Magistrate, Purnea' which is a bonafide typographical mistake.

Under the circumstances, the order dated 29.06.2016 passed in Cr. Revision No. 304 of 2015 is modified to the extent that in paragraph 2 of first page and in last page 'Judicial Magistrate, Patna' be read as 'Judicial Magistrate, Purnea'.
