JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction to the respondents to consider and grant compassionate appointment to the petitioner on any class III post in Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Committee Patna/Board of Revenue Bihar, Patna as father of the petitioner Late Md. Mustafa Raja Alam who was an employee in Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Committee Patna, working on the post of Karyalaya Mantri of Katihar and Bhagalpur District died during service

Patna High Court CWJC No.14090 of 2022(2) dt.12-03-2024 2/2 on 10-09-2018 and petitioner and his family is facing great economic hardships or for any other order or orders which this Hon'ble may deem fit and proper under the circumstances of this case."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
