The petitioner seeks regular bail in Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 81/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 414 of the Indian Penal Code was added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery from possession of this petitioner. He is not named in the written report. No test identification parade has been held. Learned District & Sessions Judge, Madhepura has mentioned in the impugned order that one Lalu Yadav was arrested by the police and one blue colour Nokia mobile has been recovered from his possession, who disclosed the name of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2018.

Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S.
