Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khagaria P.S.Case no.740 of 2018 dated 25.10.2018 arising out of G.R.No.2992 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sectin 3 of the Explosive Substance Act..
As per FIR, four miscreants including the petitioner came on a motorcycle and the petitioner and one co-accused thrown bomb on the informant.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the present case is a counter blast to a case, which has been lodged by the petitioner's side and nobody has received injury and the I.O. has also not found any remains of the bomb

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S.Case no.740 of 2018 dated 25.10.2018 arising out of G.R.No.2992 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
