1. This revision application has been filed against the judgment and order dated 09.04.2010 passed by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran, in Cr. Appeal No.87/125 of 1996/2004, by which he has affirmed the judgment and order of conviction dated 26.08.1996 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Motihari, East Champaran, in G.R.No.281 of 1993/Tr. No.118 of 1996 but released the Petitioners under the provision of Probation of Offender Act.

2. The application is dismissed on the point of limitation as well as on merits.
