Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Brahmpur Nainizore P.S. Case No. 605 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 379, 332, 307, 120 B & 302 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, on the information, five police personnel raided the place of occurrence. During the search of illicit liquor, the accused persons fled away. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. IV, Buxar in connection with Brahmpur (Nainizore) P.S. Case No. 605 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
