The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report, but only subsequently, the petitioner's name has been drawn in due to dirty village politics. It is alleged that since there had been altercation between the petitioner and the deceased, therefore, his implication in connection with the present case cannot be ruled out. Thus, the petitioner's name has been dragged in only on suspicion. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances and

No.27831 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 P2/2 also that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 113/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
