Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the modified petition filed on behalf of the petitioner. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 29.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 59546/2018, by which petitioner has been granted regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 24/2018 to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is unable to produce the close relative as bailor in the instant case, therefore, order dated 29.10.2018 is modified to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73628 of 2018(2) dt.12-12-2018 2/2 extent that both the bailors will be villagers of the petitioner and they should file affidavit that they belong to the village of petitioner and they know the petitioner for the last five years.
