2. The petitioner, one of the aspirants for being considered for appointment as Anganwari Sevika is aggrieved by the method of preparation of the mapping register. The petitioner is further aggrieved by the fact that despite her having lodged a suitable complaint before the Child Development Project Officer, Amnour, Saran, the same has also not been adverted to till date.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh complaint before the Child Development Project Officer, Amnour, Saran (respondent no. 8) within a period of two weeks from today, detailing the reason how the mapping register has not been prepared properly. On receipt of such complaint, the Child Development Project Officer, Amnour, Saran shall verify the facts and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of thirty days of the receipt of such complaint which is the timeline provided under the new guidelines of 2019.

4. If no order is passed by the Child Development Project Officer, Amnour, Saran on the aforesaid complaint within the aforesaid period of thirty days, the case of the petitioner shall stand automatically transferred to the office of the District Programme Officer, Saran at Chapra who shall be under an obligation to decide the same in accordance with law within a reasonable period of time.

5. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
