JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i). For directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner as driver in the Collectorate of Supaul District with effect from the month of August 2007, in the light of the order dated 03.02.2005 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8442 of 1999 (Shrawan Kumar Singh Vs. The State of Bihar and others) read with the Order dated 09.05.2007 passed in M.J.C. No. 2598 of 2005.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Additional
Patna High Court CWJC No.12520 of 2023(2) dt.15-01-2024 2/2 Chief Secretary, Department of General Administration, Government of Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of General Administration, Government of Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
