2. This writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction upon the respondent authorities to lodge FIR in light of recommendation dated 15.02.2023 made by the enquiry committee and its finding that forged and fabricated injury report has been prepared in connection with Nawada Muffasil P.S. Case No. 344 of 2022.

3. The petitioner is permitted to approach the

WJC No.1499 of 2023(3) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 Minister concerned for registration of FIR as learned counsel for the Vigilance Department has produced a letter dated 2.1.2024 which shows that on the orders of the minister, FIR can be registered in the present case. If any representation is filed by the petitioner in view of the letter dated 2.1.2024 then appropriate orders shall be passed by the authority concerned.
