2. The petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 531 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354, 308, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR informant visited shop of named coaccused Wasim Akhtar for sewing her suit, where she was badly touched by the employees of the shop including petitioner. It is further alleged that the husband of the informant was also physically assaulted causing bleeding from his mouth and nose.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that as some altercation and free fight took place between the husband of the informant and owner of the shop namely Md. Wasim Akhtar the present false implication was raised against petitioner. It is pointed out that named co-accused Md. Wasim Akhtar was granted anticipatory bail by this Court through Cr. Misc. No. 14630 of 2023 dated 24.05.2023, considering the reasons that injury report of the husband of the informant was not available creating a doubt qua entire occurrence. It is also submitted by learned counsel that the husband of informant was in fit condition but the FIR, in issue, as to aggravate the allegation was lodged by informant's wife. While concluding arguments, it is submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent. 5 Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.
6. Considering aforesaid factual submission and by taking note of fact as the allegation against petitioner qua bad touch appears very much general and omnibus without specifying his name, coupled with the fact that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent, accordingly petitioner above-

No.57052 of 2025(3) dt.29-08-2025 3/3 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. CJM XIV, Patna / concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Budha Colony P.S. Case No. 531 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C/ Section 482(2) of BNSS.
