2. It is admitted at the Bar that the dues of the petitioner stands paid in terms of the averments made in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents no. 3 and 4. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that gratuity having been paid after two years, interest be awarded.

3. Having considered the matter, the Court does not feel inclined to pass any positive order. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the Registrar of the University. If such

If any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within four weeks thereafter.
