In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1792 of 2015 registered for offences under sections 406, 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that the informant had purchased the truck after taking loan from the Bank and have been paying premium of the Bank regularly.
In the meantime, the informant has sold the truck under an agreement and he has been paid only Rs. 1,50,000/-,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28692 of 2016 (2) dt.29-07-2016 2/2 thereafter no payment has been made whereas the counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has paid the entire amount, which is apparently clear from Annexure-3 to this bail application. As it is a matter of civil dispute, in such view of the matter, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 1792 of 2015, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.
