The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No.192 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 354 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a case and counter case. The members of the prosecution party were aggressor and they caused serious injuries to the members from the side of the petitioner. The injuries found on the person of the informant Latif Mian are all simple and superficial.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the application for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

No.77429 of 2018(2) dt.10-01-2019 2/2 Considering the submissions made above as also the plea taken in para 3 of the application that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Chautarwa P.S. Case No.192 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
