No. 66390 of 2018 stating that father's name of the petitioner has been mentioned as Late Dharmendra Kumar whereas in the F.I.R. as well as in forwarding the name of father of the petitioner is mentioned as Late Narendra Kumar Singh. Therefore the name of father of the petitioner read as Late Dharmendra Kumar Singh @ Late Narendra Kumar Singh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be correct in his submission.

In view of the above, let the name of the father of the petitioner be read as Late Dharmendra Kumar Singh @ Late
