====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-03-2022 Heard Mr. Rajani Kant Pandey, learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP.

The application with respect to the petitioner no. 1, who is the father-in-law of the deceased has earlier been withdrawn.

The petitioners no. 2 and 3, who are the mother-inlaw and sister-in-law of the deceased, seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2020 dated 15.04.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the accusation has been hurled against them

No.9785 of 2021(6) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 also but learned counsel for the petitioners no. 2 and 3 submits that the accusation is false and that the petitioners no. 2 and 3 have not been controlling the affairs of the life of the deceased and her husband. Only because of their relationship with the husband of the deceased, that they have been made accused in this case.

The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Regard being had to the gender of the petitioners and vague accusation against them as well as taking into account that the husband of the deceased is in custody, the petitioners no. 2 and 3 are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
