Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks. Today, a Supplementary Affidavit has been filed in Court. Let it be kept on record.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, the petitioner has committed forgery in connivance with other persons and obtained job on forged and fabricated certificates. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent person and has committed no offence. She

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53560 of 2022(3) dt.09-01-2023 2/2 has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. No such occurrence as alleged ever took place. The entire prosecution story is false, fabricated and concocted. It is further submitted that on 19.12.2022, the petitioner has submitted her resignation to Panchayat Secretary cum Secretary Niyojan Unit, Nawada, Block-Madhepur, Madhubani. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner has terminated from service, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
