2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Larjhaghat P.S. Case No. 37 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 80(2), 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is alleged to have killed the deceased along with other co-accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 19.03.2025.

5. The learned counsel for the State vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51277 of 2025(6) dt.24-03-2026 2/2 opposes the bail application.

6. I have considered the submissions of the parties and have gone through the records of the case. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
