====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 23-08-2023 The present Miscellaneous Appeal is not maintainable since only a criminal revision under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984 would lie against an order passed by the Family Court under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. Thus, the petitioner has remedy of filing criminal revision in the light of our earlier order passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No. 237 of 2020 decided on 24.06.2023.
2. Accordingly, the present Miscellaneous Appeal No. 529 of 2022 stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the
Patna High Court MA No.529 of 2023(2) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 petitioner to invoke criminal revision in terms of Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984.
3. Section 14 of the Limitation Act, 1963 shall be taken note of by the concerned court while entertaining criminal revision petition.
