In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Dawath P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a), 35 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation has been made that the police has seized the motorcycle along with 39.900 liters of foreign liquor but the petitioner fled away. The petitioner is the owner of the said motorcycle.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
