JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Palasi P.S.Case No. 272 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of dowry death and she is said to be Gotani of the deceased.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that all family members, altogether 10 persons, have been made accused in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77732 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Mr. Mithilesh Kumar, ACJM-VII, Araria in connection with Palasi P.S. Case No. 272 of 2017; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
