The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Raniganj P.S. Case No. 260 of 2014 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 337, 338, 332, 188, 353, 379, 427, 307, 511, 171(C)(F) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court to the order dated 07.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28819/2015 and analogous cases, wherein, in respect of the same case, similarly placed persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court Be that as it may, in the event of their

No.41407 of 2015 (2) dt.07-10-2015 arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioners, namely, Nasreen @ Nasrin and Kamil, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sanjay Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Araria, in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 260 of 2014, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
