The present petition has been filed with a prayer to make correction in order dated 03-12-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70363 of 2018. He submits that due to inadvertence, the name of village of the petitioner in petition was incorrectly typed as "Anandpur" instead of "Anantpur". He further submits that in the petition, despite the fact that name of police station was correctly mentioned, but learned counsel for the petitioner inadvertently on the date of order i.e. order dated 03-12-2018 requested to allow him to make correction in the petition and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74597 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 instead of "Mohania", he corrected the name of police station as "Bhabua". He submits that correct police station is actually Mohania. Accordingly, he requests for modification of the order dated 03-12-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70363 of 2018 to the extent, as indicated hereinabove.

Considering the fact that due to inadvertence, such error has occurred in the petition and same was reflected in the order dated 03-12-2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 70363 of 2018, there is no difficulty in making correction in the said order. Accordingly, in Order No. 2 dated 03-12-2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 70363 of 2018, the name of village of the petitioner may be read as "Anantpur" instead of Anandpur and similarly, name of police station instead of Bhabua may be read as "Mohania".

The order dated 03-12-2018 in Cr.Misc. No. 70363 of 2018 stands modified, as indicated hereinabove. The modification petition stands allowed.
