It is stated that in spite of Gram Sabha in its meeting held on 3.3.2017 having recommended the names of 168 persons as beneficiaries, nothing has been done for including their names. Keeping in view the grievance of the petitioners and the fact that the issue has already been raised before Respondent No.5,
