This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is said to have obtained employment as Panchayat Teacher on the basis of such certificates, which have been found to be forged after an enquiry.

Denying the allegation made in the First Information Report, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the accusation is based on documentary evidence and there is no chance of tampering with the evidence by the petitioner if she is allowed privilege of anticipatory bail. I find substance in the submission advanced on behalf of the petitioner. This application is accordingly allowed. Let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Case No. 154 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as also subject to the following conditions:- (I) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the petitioner. (ii) That the petitioner will be well represented on each date in the trial and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to the cancelled.
