For the reasons disclosed in the restoration application, it is allowed and Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3160 of 2019 is restored to its original file and number, subject to the compliance of the order dated 16.09.2019 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 3160 of 2019.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50829 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 Two weeks' time granted to the petitioner for removal of defects vide order dated 16.09.2019 is extended for three weeks from today.
