The petitioners being the brothers, mother and unmarried sisters of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the daughter of the informant after about three years of marriage for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42793 of 2015 (2) dt.13-10-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim received accidental burn injury while cooking and she was being proved medical assistance. The victim conveyed to the hospital authorities that she received burn injury while cooking. The fard-beyan of petitioner no. 3 mother of the husband of the victim was recorded on 27.04.2015 where she stated that the victim received accidental burn injury. Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the victim and the fact that the victim was provided medical assistance, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.

10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 212 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
