2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 354 ( B ), 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. On the alleged date and time of the occurrence , when the informant was alone at her house, meanwhile petitioner No. 2 (Jiut Bind @ Tikkar Bind ) in state of intoxicated condition entered her house and assaulted and tried to outrage her modesty and so far as petitioner No. 1 ( Ramrati Devi ) is concerned there is general and omnibus allegation against her as well as she claims clean antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of offence, prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioner No. 2 (Jiut Bind @ Tikkar Bind ) is rejected.

5 . Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against petitioner No. 1 and also she has got clean antecedent , in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner No. 1 ( Ramrati Devi ), as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Complaint Case No. 29 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
