JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Hulasganj P.S. Case No. 149 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation as per F.I.R. which has been lodged by the police official after receiving information that there is firing between two groups and the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that though there is allegation of firing against the petitioners, but nobody has received injury and no empty cartridges have been found at the place of occurrence. Further, the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
